After the opening of the new Palais des Festivals for the Official Selection, the Fortnight moves to the Palais Croisette, thus increasing its seating capacity from 500 to 1,500. Will the audiences grow accordingly ? For the occasion, the Palais Croisette gets a facelift in the form of the blue neon signatures of 31 filmmakers. The building also houses a cinema bookshop and a Fortnight museum.
