Sharunas Bartas

Born in 1964 in Siauliai (Lithuania), artistic director of the film studio Banga in Kaunas, Sharunas Bartas entered the film school VGIK in Moscow and graduated in 1991. He founded the film studio Kinema in 1989 – the first independent film studio in Lithuania. Director, actor and producer, Sharunas Bartas is one of the most important director in Lithuania. Peace to Us in Our Dreams will be his eighth feature.
