Sami Kafati

Sami Kafati was born in Honduras in 1936. He studies film at the University of Social Sciences in Rome. In 1963, he directed « Mi amigo Angel » . This first short was also the first film in the history of Honduran cinema. After several documentaries, he directed his first feature in 1984: « No hay tierra sin dueño ». He died shortly after editing his film in 1996.
