Marcela Said

Marcela Said was born in Santiago, Chile. In 1995 she graduated from the Catholic University of Santiago with a degree in Aesthetics. In 1998, she got a master in Media & Language at La Sorbonne University. After four documentary films, including El mocito, selected at the Berlinale Forum in 2011, she directs with The Summer of Flying Fish her first feature-length fiction.
