Jean-Christophe Meurisse

Former theater director, Jean-Christophe Meurisse founded the widely acclaimed Les Chiens de Navarre company in 2005. In 2013, he directed the medium-length film One of Us, which won awards and critical acclaim. He went on to direct several feature films: Apnée (Semaine de la Critique, Cannes 2016), Bloody Oranges (Midnight Screening, Cannes Film Festival 2021). Plastic Guns is his third feature film.
