Emile Degelin
Emile Degelin is a Flemish filmmaker. He directed a first feature film in 1960, Si le vent te fait peur, wih he wrote with the woman who was thenhis spouse: Jacqueline Harpamn. In competition at the Cannes Film Festival, the movie won an honor distinction. He directed a documentary in 1983, Learning to see, about how an adult person end up with the view of a newborn child. He then wrote a novel he adapted: A perte de vue.
