David Siegel
He studied architecture and graduated a the Rhode Island school of design. He met Scoot McGehee over twenty years ago and they still have been working together since then. They made two short films and a feature film, Suture, shown at Telluride, Toronoto and Sundance festivals. It was also shown in 1994. They wrote screenplays of Modern Mates for Sydney Pollack’s company Mirage. They adapted Snatch of Rennie Airth and This Sweet Sickness of Patricia Highmith. In 1999, they participated in a writing workshop at Sundance Institute. They are screenwriters, producers and directors.
