« It takes a serious attitude towards one’s feelings to avoid becoming sick. » Angela, 30, wrestles with her deepest fears in her search for Mr Right. What with disturbing psychoanalysts, disturbed friends and obliging mother, she clings to her impulses. She is a believer in signs, numbers, and chance. But the man of her dreams is not far off. Still, those exchanged words of love don’t al-ways reach the intended destination. The playful misunderstandings, against a back-drop of Japanese poetry, finally vindicate the – apparently hesitant – choreography of her life.
