Charles Binamé
Charles Binamé started working as an assistant director in the 70’s. He moved to Radio-Québec and directed his first documentaries and portraits of important persons. He directed the play Cocteau by Cocteau, then interpreted the leading role of Les Fils de la Liberté. He made a film, Maia Fauve, that took him 3 years. At the begining of the 80’s, he started working for advertising and won many awards.
He went to London, intersted in special effects and virtual reality. He got back to Québec with a TV film and Blanche, a drama series that won several awards in various competitions such as New York Festival or FIPA.
